The Embassy of Ukraine in Ireland joins President Petro Poroshenko, Head of Verkhovna Rada Andriy Parubiy, Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman, Minister for Foreign Affairs Pavlo Klimkin and the Ukrainian community in Ireland in extending heartfelt wishes on the occasion of the Irish National Holiday - Saint Patrick’s Day, which is celebrated with deep affection by Irish people all over the world, exemplifying their unity and identity, as well as their love of the Irish unique culture and heritage.

Recent events in the U.K. involving the poisoning of a former Russian spy are extremely worrying. Following on from the work of the British intelligence services and taking into account the Russian response, which is disingenuous and lacking credibility, we are now ready to back the British Prime Minister’s assessment that this is most likely the work of the Kremlin.
