He stressed that the occupation and annexation of Crimea by Russia and its military intervention at the Eastern Ukraine was a challenge for modern European and World security, a flagrant violation of fundamental documents, on which the modern system of international law was based.
The Ambassador pointed out that in this situation all democratic countries should join their efforts to curb the expansionist policy of Russia, which became an open challenge to the World order.
