The Ceann Comhairle of Dáil Éireann expressed solidarity with the people of Ukraine

On 16 April 2015 the Ambassador of Ukraine to Ireland Mr. Sergii Reva met with the Ceann Comhairle of Dáil Éireann Mr. Sean Barrett T.D.
During the meeting the Ambassador briefed the Ceann Comhairle on the situation in Ukraine, in particular the implementation of the Minsk agreements.
The Ceann Comhairle of Dáil Éireann expressed solidarity with the people of Ukraine at this challenging time.
The parties also expressed their satisfaction with current state of Ukrainian-Irish relations and discussed prospects for deepening bilateral inter-parliamentary cooperation.
