On 3 August 2012 bilateral consultations between the current Irish and subsequent Ukrainian OSCE chairmanships were held in Dublin. During these consultations representatives of the Irish Chairmanship – Head of OSCE Taskforce of the DFA of Ireland Mr. F.Cogan, Ambassador P.Murphy, Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office for the South Caucasus, and Ambassador E. Fouéré, the Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office for the Transdniestrian settlement process, discussed with their Ukrainian colleague Ambassador A. Deshchytsia, appointed as the Special Representative of the forthcoming OSCE Chairperson-in-Office on conflicts, various issues of the current OSCE agenda as well as ways of the Irish and Ukrainian chairmanships priorities’ implementation.
