On 13 November 2017, an authoritative “The Food Awards Ireland 2017” named famous Irish restaurateurs Oksana Shadrina from Ukraine and her husband Miceal O`Hurley, who run Fantastic Flavours Ice Cream Parlour in Youghal, Co. Cork, among winners in its 29 nominations.
Prestigious Irish restaurant critics and experts already recognized Oksana and Miceal among the best entrepreneurs before.
In August 2017, Oksana has received a Proclamation of the United States House of Representatives as a leading businesswoman, community volunteer and humanitarian worker.
