On 29^th August Ukraine honours the memory of warriors who died in the struggle for independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of our country.

On this day in 2014 the Ukrainian military made a heroic breakthrough from the encirclement of the Russian occupation forces near the city of Ilovaisk, Ukraine. Hundreds of heroes were killed and almost half a thousand were wounded. These were the biggest losses since Russia has unleashed the war in Donbas.
