A fifth round of negotiations for the Convention between Ukraine and Ireland for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes and Income and on Capital Gains was held in Dublin.

A fifth round of negotiations for the Convention between Ukraine and Ireland for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes and Income and on Capital Gains was held in Dublin from 21-23 June 2011.

Following detailed discussions agreement was reached on all outstanding matters. It was also agreed that Ukraine and Ireland would work together to promote cooperation between the Tax Administrations of the two countries.

The text of the draft of the Convention was initialed, the Agreed Minute was signed. Both delegations agreed to use their best endeavours to have the Convention signed at an early date.
