S.Reva said that Russia violated the Minsk Agreements and was responsible for the escalation of the situation in the East of Ukraine. The Russian Federation continues to send its soldiers to the Donbas region and supply pro-Russian terrorists with sophisticated weaponry. Russia fails to ensure the bilateral control over the Ukraine-Russia border.   

Actions by Russia and pro-Russian terrorists prevent from humanitarian aid supply to civilians on Ukrainian territories, controlled by separatists.
